ATTENTION ANY PERSON IN POSSESSION OF SHARES OF THE LOWER VALLEY HOLDING CORPORATION UBI# 393-000-992

Lower Valley Holding Corporation is making distributions to existing shareholders.  In order to receive a distribution, you must fill out the Claim form below. If you received your share as a result of a transfer or as part of an estate of a deceased shareholder, complete the form below and submit the documentation.

Your claim must be received by Monday May 1, 2023.  If your claim is not received at this time, the existing distribution will be submitted to the Washington State Unclaimed Property Division.
